Purpose:

Under the direction of the Director, Talent Acquisition this role will coordinate and manage recruitment activities across The company.

 

Key Responsibilities (Work Performed):

  1. Manages end to end recruitment process
  2. Manages applicant tracking system
  3. Resume pre-screening for short-list selection
  4. Administers recruitment assessment tools
  5. Liaises and provides advice to Hiring Managers
  6. Offer preparation
  7. Manages Background and Reference checking process

Job Requirement

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Experience recruiting at all levels and for various types of positions, including Technology, Operations and Shared Services.
  • Interviewing skills
  • Computer skills – knowledge of Taleo is an asset
  • Ability to multi-task and deal with deadlines
  • Sense of urgency
