We are seeking digitally savvy, experienced marketer to drive the marketing and influencer outreach for our consumer and business events to ensure event attendee growth and happiness. This role calls for a very high degree of creativity and it requires abilities in multiple areas, including social media marketing, PR, event marketing, content marketing, and relationship management.
The ideal candidate has a passion for data-driven marketing and is in tune with the latest consumer insights and technology and its impact on marketing response and performance. You understand how to build, engage and convert a community both online and offline and is a savvy wordsmith with a flair for business storytelling.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage marketing and communications plans, budgets and timelines for exhibitions, conference and events
- Conceptualise, execute and manage marketing campaigns for above & below the line, digital and community engagement
- Collaborate with internal and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
- Develop, manage and execute PR plans, key messages, organise press events, media management and engagement, write press releases & speeches
- Negotiate, acquire, manage & track partnerships with vendors, agencies, media, associations, bloggers
- Drive the lead generation for visitors, delegates, buyers, exhibitors and sponsors to meet event objectives
- Manage sponsorship requirements related to marketing and branding
- Track, measure, and analyze all online and offline initiatives to report on marketing ROI
